of first class meeting, prefunction, and exhibit facilities, including extensive
outdoor areas, the resort boasts the largest amount of space on the outer

Grand Ballroom
The Grand Ballroom has the unique feature of three stepped levels for seating. This layout offers all participants an unobstructed view of the main stage. The ballroom is can be divided into seven sections - the Monarchy section being the central and largest portion of the facility, flanked by the six King's and Queen's rooms, which can either be included in the wide-open Grand Ballroom, or partitioned off from it, as needed.
King's and Queen's
The King's and Queen's rooms are each divisible into three breakouts with access from the Grand Ballroom. See diagram to the right.

Kohala Ballroom
The Kohala Ballroom is the second-largest facility available. Its familiar rectangular space is divisible into four sections of approximately 2,500 square feet each. See diagram below.

Kona Ballroom
The Kona Ballroom divides into five sections, with two as larger breakouts and three as smaller meeting rooms. See diagram below.

Waikoloa Suites
The Waikoloa Suites are utilized mostly for office and storage rooms or small boardroom-style setups. See diagram above, with the Kona Ballrooms, for layout details.
Water's Edge Boardroom
The opulent Water's Edge Boardroom, with seating for up to 16, provides the perfect, intimate venue for an exclusive meeting.
Water's Edge Ballroom
The Water's Edge Ballroom is a unique circular room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Lagoon Lanai and waterfall.
Promenades
All ballroom spaces are connected by the Grand, Kona, and Kohala Promenades. These prefunction areas are elegantly designed with Far East artwork and comfortable furniture groupings. They have proven to be perfect settings for exhibit setups, company displays and group registration and hospitality areas.
