Vincent Tso
Kirin Chef
Chef Vincent Tso was born and raised in Hong Kong where he started working as an apprentice in a very traditional Cantonese Cuisine seafood restaurant.
In the past 30 years Tso has worked in several big cities such as Singapore, Beijing and Canton China. Tso especially enjoyed Beijing for it is home to his favorite restaurant, Quan Lung.
Tso moved from Hong Kong to Honolulu in 1995 and currently works for Kirin where he serves Northern and Cantonese cuisine. His signature dish is fried rice with salted fish.
He enjoys dining out, and when he does he tries to find the town’s best Chinese food.
